They Moved Us Again!
Submitted by experimental on Wed, 03/12/2008 - 14:15.Who: Anna and open to any and all bunker people
Where: Bunker main living area
When: Morning
The light was bright behind her eyes – Anna was sure that’s what woke her. She’d been sleeping in the chapel and it was gloomy in there most of the time. Here, the light was different. And she was lying on something... soft. She opened her eyes and looked around and realised two things at once. Firstly that she was on a sofa. And secondly that everything was hideous! Pastels and cutesy colours, frills and flounces! Everything was so, so nice. It was just horrible and she hated it.
She was up in a moment, realising that there were other people in the room. “They moved us again!” she declared, shouting loud enough to wake the dead. Something that made her head throb, recalling the headache she’d had since the explosion.

ImpressedWho: Anna and open
Where: Between the house and the chapel
When: 6am
Anna had eventually gone to the chapel and had her name ticked off, but after that nobody seemed particularly bothered about her. She wasn't injured and everyone was too busy either organising stuff or being hurt to really pay any attention to the young girl. She wandered round the chapel for a bit, watching people, but that was boring after a while. And she wasn't much of an organiser, so in the end she'd found herself back outside and walking up to the house.

ScaredWho: Janie and Gavin and open to people outside!
When: shortly after 4
Where: 3rd floor straight down to the front porch
The alarm woke Gavin up with a violent jerk. He sat up before his eyes were open and looked around wildly. At first he didn't see anything out of the ordinary. Then the smell of smoke his his nostrils, sharp and acrid, and he could see that there was a very weird light pattern going on across the floor, in a fan from under the door. As he looked, the paper on the far wall cracked and peeled. Holy shi-- "Janie, up!" he near-shouted, half-tumbling out of the bed. "Fire!"
Janie had started coming awake at the alarm, but came more awake at Gavin's antics. "Wha...?" she started, though didn't get very far. Her senses picked up where her brain wasn't quite engaged yet, and she smelled the unmistakeable scent of smoke. Smoke? What? She fumbled over for her glasses, and wound up knocking them and her cards off of the nightstand onto the floor.

LazyWho: Andre and Anna
When: morning
Where: By the lake
Andre had tried to sleep in, but the bright sun peeking in his window had awakened him. He blinked at the light as he woke up, then smiled a little. He'd been waiting for a day like this since he'd found out about the lake. For one of the rare times in his life, Andre skimped a little on his morning routine. He got dressed, rather casually, put on a vest and a hat, and headed out to the shed, hoping to find exactly what he needed.

Submitted by experimental on Tue, 01/29/2008 - 20:24.So - are there actually secret passageways around the place, that's what I want to know. I've looked in my bathroom, but can't find any. I mean, they must be there, right? Since these people or whatever are getting about? Or are we meant to believe that there are only hidden doors in rooms where we aren't? Because that's stupid.

ExcitedRight, okay. Where do I start? My name is AnnaJo – but everyone calls me ‘Anna’ – I’ve never really been a fan of AnnaJo, and before anyone asks, no I have no idea why AnnaJo and not Joanna.
Anyway, I’m 18 years old and I come from a tiny little town nobody’s ever heard of in northern Minnesota. I graduated high school last year and I’m here to get enough money up to be able to travel at the end of the year. I want to see the world! There’s so many interesting places out there and I don’t just want to see them on TV and in magazines!

Five floors, five presents
Submitted by house_mayhem on Thu, 11/29/2007 - 18:32.Who: Stop asking so many questions
Where: First to fifth floor
When: Very, very late/early
Tasks like these were never easy; the result of long hours and careful planning, but they were always fun. And knowing what this one knew now, about the rooming situation around the house and the personal relationships that reflected it, now was the perfect time for some fun. It was early, too early for any of the morning exercisers or even the manic residents to be out prowling the hallways, which meant that final preparations could be tended to. There were, after all, some things that just couldn't be explained in the waking hours.
