this ribbon keeps choking me

Confused

the computer, along with everything else in the house, is in need of a massive upgrade. I don't even know how they got it to work, it's so old.

zania and conor - and the others - are nowhere to be found. I know they split us up (the scientists) for "safety" (which I find to be complete bull) but I'm not blind to the fact that I was placed in a group with Dan and Nic rather than Zania or Conor. Two people I actually started to bond with. I don't know anyone else in the house other than Joy and I don't know if that counts - we only really met once. Nic. Well, we cooked spaghetti and chase a rat out of the house (or well, screamed until it had enough and ran out itself?) I had fun, despite the situation. Maybe he's not so bad. Dan, I haven't spoken to in awhile. I don't know if he's avoiding me, or I'm avoiding him - or we're just avoiding each other. I wish Zania were around. Or Conor - though maybe for completely different reasons. Or least maybe have some way of contacting them to make sure they're okay.

I don't know what I'm doing here at all.
