Who: Lucius & Marlowe
When: 3ish AM
Where: Cabin & Woods
After getting a bit of sense yelled into him by Hannah, Lucius made his way back to the cabin hoping to fix things between he and Marlowe. Coming through the front door, however, he found an empty cabin and no sign of Marlowe. "Fuck." he muttered as he grabbed a flashlight and headed out into the forest in the opposite direction he'd come. "Marlowe!" he yelled through the trees. Silence was all he was met with. Silence and the intense dread that he'd really messed things up this time.

Who: Marlowe and Jules, Marlowe and Lucius
Where On the phone at the cabin
When 1am
Marlowe sat on the steps of the cabin and thumbed in the number on her cell and then hit the send button. She had been restless and awake for the past hour, finally slipping free of the arm drape over her. Marlowe had managed it, thankfully, without waking Lucius from his peaceful and sound sleep. She slipped into a pair of gray sweats, hoodie and a pair of slippers before she padded out of the bedroom and then made a trail toward the front door of the cabin, her cell snatched up along the way. She needed someone to talk to, and due to the hour Brian, or anyone else back in Marquette, were out of the question. Only one person came to mind and it was her number that Marlowe had found herself connecting to. The phone held to her ear to catch the sound of the first ring.
I'm begging you to be my escape.

After saying goodbye to Hannah and leaving Beacon House, Lucius made his way back to Marlowe's. Getting out of town for a while was starting to sound better and better the closer he got to her home. Spending some time with his girlfriend and for once not having any battles or paranormal activities would be nice. A little normalcy was in order and he wanted it so badly he could almost taste it. He pulled into the drive and left his bags in the car, seeing no point in unloading just to load again. He made his way up to the front door and knocked lightly.

When: Early Afternoon, 'round 1:30
Marlowe punched Brian's number into her cell as she retrieved a travel bag from her closet to toss it open onto her bed. Hitting the send button she listened as the phone at the other end starting to ring as she walked over toward her dresser and tugged a drawer open.
Brian was, at that moment, just finishing up washing dishes from cooking, breakfast, lunch, and Hunt's lunch. Well, and from the past few days when he'd really not been up for, nor in the mood for, washing dishes. They'd piled up in the sink, and he hated that. Someday he'd have to get a dishwasher. He picked up a towel before he picked up the phone, drying off his hands and catching the phone on the third ring. "'lo?"

Who: Brian and Marlowe
Where: The phone. Again.
When: 1PMish
Continuing his record of a phone call every hour, very nearly on the hour, with various friends, after the last round of shadows and a quick lunch, Brian rang up Marlowe. He knew she was back with her boy now, which meant she was back in danger. And, in fact, given the shadows seemed to be attacking anyone they felt like today, she would've been in danger, anyway. He needed to know she was okay. So, phone call.
Marlowe pulled the cell from a hip pocket when she felt the thing vibrate against her ass through the material of the faded jeans she was wearing. A brief flash of chocolate browns to the small screen once she flipped the phone open had a faint smile touching her lips.
"Hey Bossman." She answered with an attempt at keeping the sound of her voice pleasant and calmish. At least Brian was all right, or as well as could be considering, if he was calling.

Who: Marlowe & Lucius

Where: Marlowe's house
Rating NC-17
Lucius pulled up in front of Marlowe's house and parked her car, leaning over the passenger seat to collect the food bags, drinks and book he'd sat there. He made sure to lock the car before heading to her front door. It wasn't his house and he felt bad about just walking in so he shifted the drinks, balancing them between his arm and chest, clutching the bags in a fist with the book tucked under his arm. He rapped on the door with his newly freed hand and awaited impatiently the turning of the knob. God let her be alright... he thought. He couldn't help but be angry with himself for leaving her alone to begin with.
Almost at the same instant the knock had been made the door opened to a smiling Marlowe on the other side of the door way. Having two dogs did have its benefits, like announcing arrivals before they actually were at the door. "Need some help there, Baby?" She asked. Not that he'd accept the offer, but with his hands being somewhat over burdened with stuff, Marlowe tossed the offer out none-the-less.

Who: Isabella and Marlowe
When: 7:45pmish
Where: Marlowe's
After talking with Brian and Mya, and spending a few hours in front of her books, Isabella had grown restless. Knowing that it wasn't really in her best interest to drive over to Brian's just yet, she had found it difficult to stay inside, seeing as how she couldn't quite concentrate. And the longer she stayed inside thinking of Hunt doing magic, the harder it was to resist ignoring Brian's advice and going to see him.
There were still a few people in town she hadn't seen since returning. Marlowe was one of them. So in an effort to distract her thoughts, Isabella had climbed into her car and driven to the young woman's house, hoping that she was home. Pulling up to the curb in front of the house, she turned off her car, grabbed her cell and headed up to the door. She rang the doorbell, slipping her cell and car keys into her bag as she waited.

Who: Marlowe and Jules
When: Early Afternoon
Where: Outside The Evanses Residence
A black, 67 Impala Convertible, top rolled down, pulled to a stop in front of the two story structure on Tierney St. It had been closing on four complete years since the red haired driver had been back to the place she had been born, and for sixteen years of her life, raised in. The tragic deaths of her parents had changed that and sent the teen to Munising to live with an older brother and his wife. A sixteen year old living alone was not an option that had been conceivable by any member of her large and scattered family. So Marlowe really had had no say in the matter of her remaining in Marquette. But with her reaching the age of eighteen that had all changed. Over the brief span of years the house of Hank and Alysia Evans had remained within the Evanses family, and with her older siblings branched out and married, with homes of their own now, the property fell into the lap of the youngest of the Evans brood.

When: Shortly after the dawn attack

Lucius had broken down the previous evening and finally bought a first-aid kit. Now he was glad he had as he flipped the box open and pulled out some antiseptic wipes He slowly lifted the sleeve of Marlowe's shirt, the bloody tear infuriating him all the more at the damn shadows. "This is going to sting a little, baby." he said softly as he unwrapped the wipe.
They'd been coming every hour. On the hour or earlier. Prompt little fuckers. But this morning, there had been more. His trio had quickly turned into a gang of 6. The dagger Hannah had given him definitely helped, but with six coming forth, streaming from the mirror on her dresser he'd found it hard to keep track of them all and of Marlowe at the same time..

Lucius stirred in his sleep. It was still dark, just barely before dawn if he was figuring right. For some reason he felt like he wasn't alone. It wasn't just the feeling of Marlowe beside him in the bed, but something more malignant. A bad feeling, a feeling of being watched. He sat up in bed, he could hear the steady breathing coming from Marlowe and make out the outline of her figure beside him.
Day had started to break, the sun was rising and it was as the light penetrated the windows of her room that he saw them. Shadows. Not just one like before, but three. Inside. Lurking. Watching him from the edge of the bed. They were different this time though. They were more menacing, dangerous looking. And before he had the chance to study them any farther, the one closest to him lunged forward, claws gnashing towards him.

Where Beacon House and then Marlowe's Home
When Around 10ish
Marlowe arrived at Beacon House shortly before ten. It was a bit later then she had planned on getting there, but with her sticking around a bit to help with some of the closing at the diner, and then making a detour to the store to pick a couple things up. Well, needless to say Marlowe was running a little behind schedule. Something she hoped Lucius hadn't quite taken notice of.
Parking her vehicle in the spot closest to the building's entrance, Marlowe killed the engine and got out to walk around the Element to the passenger's side to remove the supplies she had purchase. The items included a dark green laundry basket, a bottle of laundry detergent, and a box of fabric softener sheets. Tugging the semi-filled basket out, Marlowe bumped the door shut and headed inside. Once she reached Lucius' door, with her hands both presently occupied, the red head announced her arrive with a couple light kicks to the bottom edge of the door.

Who: Ivan and Marlowe
Where: Mya's Diner
When: Noon
Ivan woke up from his sleep with a startling start. He was sleeping soundly before being startled awake by seemingly nothing. He figured it was his biological clock kicking him awake, as he remembered nothing of a nightmare that could has possibly frightened him awake in such a manner. His throat was numb from medicine he took earlier, and thus didn't wake to the painful burning sting that a sore throat generally offered upon regaining consciousness and he felt well enough to perhaps get a bite to eat, bites that he felt he could probably hold down. He had a little extra money laying around that he saved up for a new few tubes of oil paint and maybe some linseed oil, but he decided to put that money to use in terms of stress relief and his nutrition.
He wasted no time in getting ready to go out, having slipped into a pair of shorts, a sweatshirt and thin, worn sandals. He went off first to a convenient store and bought a pack of cigarettes and a lighter. He hadn't smoked since he was in high school, having quit after coming out and being shunned by a good percentage of the school. After buying his cigarettes and lighter, he headed out to Mya's Diner, stuffing the pack and lighter in the pockets of his shorts. He entered the Diner, head low and eyes downcast. He hoped he could light a stick in the Diner without bothering other people. He sat at what looked like the smoking section, removing the pack from his pocket and setting it down in front of him, staring at it with blurred vision, contemplating lighting one up while waiting for someone to wait on him.

After picking up Lucius' that morning at just a few minutes past 8:30, wearing her favorite pair of faded jeans, a black and gray Tye dyed tee with a graphic of a skull across the front, and a black leather biker jacket, the pair arrived at The Pancake House just a few minutes shy of 9am. The place seemed to have already hit its peak business hours with more people filtering out of the place then were entering. Being the two of them the pair hadn't needed to wait past a couple minutes to be seated after a table had been cleaned off to accommodate them.
After removing her jacket, which got a light sprinkling from the drizzle outside, Marlowe hung it on the back of her chair before sitting down. "Know what you want?" She asked, lightly tucking damp strands of red behind her ear as she glanced across the table toward Lucius after he settled in at the table. Most places like this served pretty much the same fare so it could be Lucius had already decided what he wanted for breakfast.

Who: Lucius & Marlowe
When: Just before midnight
Where: On their cells - Between Beacon House and Marlowe's place
Dark had long since fallen and Lucius found himself pacing once again around the small space between his dresser and the dilapidated bed in the corner. Pacing. One foot in front of the other. Back and forth across the hardwood. Again. He'd probably walked fifty miles across that hardwood floor since he got back from the book store. He'd sat for a while, trying to occupy himself with the book. That hadn't lasted long. Each word he read in the book just ran quickly through his brain and back out again before the information could take root and expand his psychic knowledge. After a while the reading seemed pointless and he discarded the book on the dresser.
After that he'd tried again to play the guitar he'd bought earlier that day with Hannah. That didn't last either. Each time he'd sing a lyric the words somehow twisted themselves into something that would remind the man of Marlowe. The word 'sitting' brought back the memory of the first time he saw her when he sat down at the diner. The word 'morning' reminded him of waking up and seeing her face. Nonetheless he'd quickly placed the guitar alongside the book on the dresser and resorted to pacing. Back and forth. Forth and Back. Each step another thought in his brain of the redhead.

Who: Marlowe and Brian
Where: Marlowe's Place
When: Evening - 9:30ish
Even though the rain still downpoured on the town Marlowe had let the dogs out, they had been confined to the house pretty much the entire day, at least ever since Marlowe had returned from Beacon House. Roarke and Rogue had been let out then only for a few short minutes. Wet dogs and dry clothes just don't mesh, and for the second time that day Marlowe found herself changing clothes yet again. The red head changing into a pair of faded jeans and a black t-shirt with a graphic of a guitar pic on the front, and since she was staying home that night for the movie thing with Brian, Marlowe chose to go barefoot.
A glance yet again was given to her watch before Marlowe shifted her gaze to the cell that sat on the arm of the couch she had plopped down on. She kept wanting to reach for it, but each time the thought crossed her mind to call Lucius, Marlowe easily dismissed it telling herself Brian'd be there soon and she really not have much opportunity to talk. With a frustrated sigh, Marlowe tossed her head to the back of the couch and closed her eyes.

When: Early Afternoon
Tugging the denim jacket tighter around her Marlowe made a mad dash from her car toward the entrance of the video store, and with a light shake of her head to shake the excess of rain from it as she entered the red head wandered over toward the new release section of the store. The rain had subsided only slightly, but at least the thunder and lightning had ceased for the moment. It was her turn to chose a movie for the night, Brian bringing the food portion of movie night over with him after he finished out his day at the diner, and Marlowe had put off coming to the video place for as long as she could, but if she waited any longer in the hopes that the rain would totally cease for a short time she very well may lose out on getting a movie well worth watching.
The place was nowhere near crowded, something Marlowe chalked up to the weather outside, so the red head took her time in slow wander of the shelves displaying the movies currently available for renting.

Who: Marlowe and Lucius
Where Lucius' room at Beacon House
When Morning - Around 7ish
Marlowe was seated on the floor of Lucius' room amid a piles of rumpled and wrinkled clothes. Some were folded nice and neat, others were still bunched in an unsorted mound. She had woken within the light curl of Lucius' arm, and after laying there just watching him cradled within a peaceful sleep, Marlowe gently eased herself out from the circle of his arm without disturbing his restful slumber. After padding softly across the floor to disappear into the bathroom for a few seconds, Marlowe had gathered the clothes sitting in a disorganized pile on the dresser in her arms to take a couple steps and then drop the items of clothing in a mound if colors and material on the floor before kneeling down to start the process of sorting the whole mess. She could have just left, but Marlowe didn't feel right with that thought. To wake and just leave without a word while Lucius still slept wasn't something that would sit right with her now or later.
Lucius stirred and his eyes fluttered open. He instinctively went to tighten his grip around the girl he'd fallen asleep with the night before but within his grasp he found only emptiness. Damn it. It was a dream. he thought to himself before rolling over in the bed to find a fiery red head sitting on his floor, sifting through piles of crumpled clothing. He smiled a little but it faded when the thought registered in his brain. "I guess you figured out that I didn't exactly finish folding..." he said softly.

Marlowe pulled her vehicle over the side on the road the wove through the cemetery, and parked it. Rounding it, Marlowe stepped up the curb and made the walk to a small row of headstones. It has first started with her parents, the row of Evanses plot markers gradually growing, the lines growth having happened during this year's time. Dalton, Sara, baby Connor, and lastly, at least for now, Eldon. And if it hadn't been for Brian and Domino, Marlowe knew she herself very well could be laying in a box in the ground next to her eldest brother.
"I wish I could have done more." Her voice holding a slight tremble as Marlowe sank slowly down in front of Eldon's grave. His was the last she'd pay respects at before making the drive back to the diner. She wished she could have done so much more so she could have prevented his killing. "I'd trade places with you in an instant if it'd bring you back." She whispered softly with a slow trickle of a tear down her left cheek, and a trailing of fingertips over the engravement on the headstone.

She wasn't being overly vocal as to be a real nuisance anyone. But that was all a matter of opinion as the only other person in the place, an elderly woman, kept sending a disapproving glance in the red head's direction. A glance that Marlowe had in no way noticed. With her washer presently on the blink this was the only avenue available to get her clothes clean. She wasn't about to bug Brian about using his washer and dryer, she'd rather lug her clothes here then do that.

Who: Lucius and Marlowe
Where: Mya's Diner
When: Evening - Around 6ish
Lucius left Syn's gallery and ambled down the street. He took in the new sights and sounds. It was a small town but it'd definately take some getting used to. His stomach growled as he walked down the streets and only then did he realize that he'd not eaten in hours. He looked up and noticed a sign "Mya's Diner". "Perfect." he said aloud to himself. He pushed the door open and shifted his bag on his shoulder.
Things were just starting to pick up inside Mya's to where almost every seat in the place was occupied. Marlowe had just delivered a tray of food to a party of four, and had moved on to another table to take a party of two's order. A moment later she was behind the counter hang the order slip up for the cook. With all the tables in her section taken care of, Marlowe stayed behind the counter to help out a bit until her food orders started coming up.
